CANCELLATION POLICY

The following favorable cancellation policy applies only if you book directly with Hotel Beatrix. If you make a booking through a third party such as Booking.com then the cancellation policy as stated with the third party applies, in case of cancellation you must contact the company where you made the booking yourself.

 Cancellation conditions individuals for a stay from March 30st, 2022

• For cancellations made up to 14 days before the effective date, the guest shall not be required to pay any amount to the hotel company.  
• For Cancellation between 14 and 7 days before the Commencement Date, the Guest is required to pay 35% of the reservation value to the Hotel Establishment. 
• In case of Cancellation between 7 and 3 days before the Commencement Date, the Guest shall pay 60% of the reservation value to the Hotel Establishment.
• In case of Cancellation between 3 days and 24 hours before the Commencement Date, the Guest is required to pay 85% of the reservation value to the Hotel Establishment.
• In case of Cancellation 24 hours or less before the Commencement Date, the Guest shall pay 100% of the reservation value to the Hotel Establishment. The time of entry is 12:00 pm.

Group reservations are reservations for more than 4 rooms

• For cancellations made up to 21 days before the effective date, the guest shall not be required to pay any amount to the hotel company.  
• In case of Cancellation more than 21 days before the Commencement Date, the Guest shall pay 60% of the reservation value to the Hotel Establishment. 
• In case of Cancellation more than 14 days before the Commencement Date, the Guest shall pay 85% of the reservation value to the Hotel Establishment.
• In case of Cancellation 7 days or less before the Commencement Date, the Guest shall pay 100% of the reservation value to the Hotel Establishment. The time of entry is 12:00 pm.

 

• Reservation value refers to the total reservation including nights, breakfast, lunches, dinners, breaks or any other type of quoted and confirmed services from the hotel. 
• In case of no-show, the client is in all cases obliged to pay the reservation value.
• You can cancel your room by phone or e-mail, please note! Your cancellation is only final after receipt of confirmation email.
• Mentioned room prices are without guarantee. When a mistake of the hotel results in a clearly wrong price, the hotelier has the right to cancel the booking.
